Early Childhood Minister
Infant - 24 months: We offer a nursery with age-appropriate toys and activities to ensure your baby and toddler enter a safe and fun environment; lovingly cared for by our approved and trained volunteers. Our goal is to give your children a first impression of their loving heavenly father.
Two year old: Children will participate in an age-appropriate, hands-on approach that allows each child to be actively involved in the Bible stories and activities.
Three - Kindergarten: Children will meet together in the Clubhouse for large group worship, a monthly memory verse and a Bible story. They enjoy small group time in their classroom, with activities and crafts that reinforce the Bible truth for that day.
We use The Gospel Project curriculum in our Early Childhood classrooms. The Gospel Project curriculum helps all ages dive deep into the big story of the Bible - God’s plan to rescue his people through his son, Jesus Christ. “Gospel” means good news, and we seek to help your child(ren) know the good news through weekly lessons that are:
We do this through interactive, engaging and hands-on activities, crafts, worship and Biblical teaching time in the clubhouse and in classrooms.
We strive to partner with families by helping you reinforce learning at home as well. Every week, your child will come home with a worksheet that shows the story point, Christ's connection, the key passage phrase and big picture questions from that week. There you can also find online resources to dive deeper with your family around the dinner table, bedtime, or on the go. We are excited to partner alongside each parent and child as we practice the life-changing ways of Jesus together.
