Baptism

Christian baptism is the biblical response where you declare your emphatic “yes” to Jesus, the saving King! In baptism, you are burying your sinful flesh with Jesus in His death and being raised with Jesus in new life, where you receive an eternal identity marked by the promised Holy Spirit. Your emphatic “yes” to Jesus in baptism is the next step in giving Jesus your ongoing “yeses” to the life you were designed and purposed for, now and for all eternity.

Children of elementary school age who want to learn about baptism are encouraged to meet with one of our ministry staff, alongside the parents, to prepare them for the best, but biggest decision they are making in their lives.

If you are a teen or adult who would like to be baptized, we would love to answer any questions you might have and walk you through the process of scheduling your baptism.

Parent Dedication at Madison Park Church is an opportunity to make a commitment as parents to raise your kids to know, love, and serve God. Contact our Early Childhood Minister to participate in our introductory class and our Embrace event. You will learn about the resources available for your family at Madison Park Church, connect with other families, and learn what it means to lay a foundation of faith for your child. The Embrace event is a powerful way to declare your family’s allegiance to Jesus, the saving King!
