Partner in Generosity with us to support KidzPacks & Horizons Food Pantry!
Motivated by the love of Jesus, Horizons serves a delicious and nutritious lunch each weekday to those in need in Quincy. For many individuals, meals at Horizons are their only source of fruits and vegetables. Horizons also offers a client-choice food pantry. We partner with Horizons, working together to create a healthy and thriving community.
We never want to see children go hungry. Partnering with Horizons through the KidzPacks program, our mission is to provide Quincy Public Schools students with readily accessible food options over the weekend and during breaks from school. Students need healthy, enjoyable food choices they can prepare on their own. 58% of all Pre-K through 5th grade students qualify for this program and over 1,000 students are served each weekend throughout the school year.
We want to meet a growing need in our community and are helping do so by collecting food items in the months of January and February that will be distributed to KidzPacks & Horizons Food Pantry. Items we are collecting include canned fruits and vegetables, non-perishable boxed food items and microwaveable food cups.
Donations can be dropped off in the office Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm or on Sunday mornings in the grocery carts around the building!
Serve Each Other
We have a variety of volunteer positions that serve together so our children and families have a healthy environment to grow their relationship with the Lord.
Project Teams gather to help widows, single mothers and the elderly with needs such as yard work, home maintenance and other tasks that they are unable to tackle on their own.
Music, Tech & Production: A team of diverse skill sets working together to create engaging environments for worship and striving to develop various talents while maintaining a humble servant spirit.

Quincy Teen REACH is an after-school group that helps youth (2nd - 12th grade) by participating in activities that improve the likelihood for future success, provide positive choices, reduce at-risk behaviors and develop career goals.
